    – Specializes in topics related to cities and regions, including urban planning, infrastructure, strategy and operations, public-private partnerships
    – Led over 15+ projects in Saudi Arabia, working closely with C-suite executive and gov’t leaders (Minister and Minister level equivalent) on national priorities linked to Saudi’s Vision 2030
    – Deployed an operational excellence team responsible of upscaling the organization of a leading Ministry in Middle East, and advised on core topics, such as the restructuring of the Minister’s ecosystem
